Appreciate the update and reminder that our bodies do in many cases know what’s best for us. It is probably Courtney’s family that is suffering the most at this time. But, if there’s one thing an Olympian knows about, it’s grace under pressure, so I’ll just keep hoping that this quality will help Courtney overcome her current challenge. It’s heartening to see that the COTH bulletin board is now up to 10 pages with many people lighting candles, praying, vibing or whatever is appropriate given their religious preference.
