Dressage Canada’s Hall Of Fame Gala
Approximately 200 people attended last night’s inaugural Dressage Canada “Hall Of Fame” Gala and it was a huge success on every level. Kim Goodyear and her team pulled out every stop to make the evening elegant and the perfect combination between fun and sentimental reminiscences. Watching the movies and looking at the pictures of my wonderful friends, colleagues and their famous and beloved horses, such as Christilot Boylen, Cindy Ishoy with Dynasty, Hans and Evi Pracht and Dietrich Von Hopffgarten brought back amazing memories of good times past. The food was terrific as well and the auctions, both silent and live, brought in much needed dollars for our World Championship Team this year.
All in all, it could not have been a nicer evening and now I’m on my way to Belinda Trussell’s farm to give 3 days of clinics for the Developing Combinations.
