if you aren’t “in the business” of remodeling, it’s best to plan “twice as long and 50% more”….there are too many choices and if you have to wait for ordered items, you’ll lose your “spot” with your contractors. I am in The Business of sorts and have seen this happen tim-and-time again….BUT, it’s soooo much fun to do a project like this. Tell Robert to be patient and NOT get mad about anything (remodeling/building is a good way to get divorced- I’ve seen that one happen too)!
