Dover’s Favorite Videos: If I Knew I Couldn’t Be Hurt Or Die, I Would Do This!

I have always had dreams of flying, like lots of you. If I knew I were never in danger of dying like these guys all believe, I would try this in a heartbeat!

Dover’s Favorite Videos: Holding Hands

I love this video because it shows how LOVE is truly the most powerful thing in the universe, not just shared by people but by all living things!

“To Age Or TO Anti-Age. That Is The Question!”

I am very lucky to have my parents’ genes. They are both in their 80’s and look amazing. Still, I am, I guess, a typical gay, middle-aged man who obsesses over every line, wrinkle, and soft spot. I actually told my sports psychologist one time that I didn’t mind getting older provided I can keep looking and feeling younger. He responded that this could be a rather unrealistic and unhealthy attitude to which I replied that I disagreed. If I can afford it, why not do whatever I can to retain my youthfullness as long as possible. We laughed together because each of us were about the same age and we both knew that the truth was that we both knew that aging is unavoidable but doing everything we can to maintain our health; physically, mentally, and spiritually, is the best way to look at it. And so I remain committed to my daily workouts with my personal trainer in the gym, I maintain a healthy diet, I do my spiritual homework, and I seek the help of a specialist in anti-aging.

“What?”, you say. “A what?” I have been lucky enough to find The Wellington Institute of Wellness- a clinic which truly works from the inside out to help your body, mind, and spirit to re-find that which we all had in our youth. Seemingly unlimited energy, elastic and pain-free joints, a sound digestive track, toned muscles, and a brain that not only can remember where we left our keys two hours before, but has the youthfullness to actually desire all the finer things in life, those in and out of a bed.

Despite the fact that I have recently undergone surgery on my back, I can honestly say that the staff of the Welllington Institute of Wellness has kept me feeling better than I have in years, thus making them officially one of “Dover’s Fav’s.”
